Update

Work is STILL nuts. It’ll never stop being nuts.

I’m moving to my new office tomorrow.

My back hurts like whoa.

Pushy little children with their fully automatics. They like to push the weak around.

I’m about to leave and join Planet Fitness with Angel.

Belly dancing is love. We have haflas to plan for, performances to see, and workshops to attend. Time to kick up the cardio a few notches.

Tinks!

Ranting

So I decided to blog about life, not just fashion/make-up/etc, via LiveJournal. Eff that site. There is so much negativity there for me. I just think of years of sickness, lies, etc that I’ve decided to give up on posting there. I’ll still to my own domain. There’s more happy here. I look at LJ and want to kill people. That would be bad.

So here I am. Here I am with a happy thought:

Bowflex session after work today!!!

I’m so excited. I love working out and I’m really proud of myself for sticking with it no matter what. I can’t worry about other peoples’ feelings when it comes to my health and self-esteem.

Let’s face it: I’m not supposed to be fat. I’m too hyper, playfully aggressive, and fashion-loving to be a fat chick. I’m meant to be Xena-sized. That’s me. So this whole sitting around the house after work thing is just not happening anymore. It’s boring and unhealthy. I’m completely committed to challenging myself physically and it’s paying off.

I started getting really serious about this a couple of months ago, but I’ve really kicked things up a notch over the past month. David and I started bowflexing last week and already I notice a change in arm & shoulder strength. It’s nothing major, but it’s there.

My walking buddy disappeared, but Erik’s finally cooperating and we’ve walked together twice. Yesterday’s walk with good, but it was also short. Still, 20 minutes of hills is good.

Anyway, yay fitness. I’ll be ready for the MS Walk in May for sure.

What it Do?!

I hate that little piece of slang yet I love to giggle at it. ah well.

I went back to work yesterday. I miss my son, but it’s all good. We’ll live.
now that I’m sitting on my arse most of the day, I’m back on Calorie Count at least until the next Weight Watchers session starts at work. It’s too easy to stuff my face all day in this place and I’m tryin to get MILFtastic. A girl can dream. I’m already below my pre-preg weight (not by a whole lot though) so all should be well.

I’ve also started wearing make-up regularly again. Yay! It’s a good feeling. Once finances allow, I’ll buy a few new articles of clothing. In the meantime, I’m back in the office and selling Mark for extra cash. Buy stuff!!!

I Need an Infrared Sauna

So who wants to buy me one? Seriously. I think it’s do wonders for my back. And I think we all have heard and felt my knee by now.

These things are pretty cool though. I think Erik’s the one who first told me about them. Apparently the infrared part removes toxins that a regular sauna doesn’t get to.  I ended up getting even more info from this  Infrared Sauna site. I didn’t even think about this before, but you can burn 900 calories in 30minutes with these things! i knew regular saunas did a little, but this seems like something I can get behind. I wish my gym had them. I only burn like a third of that on the elliptical machine.

So far infrared saunas seem to be the way to go. I dunno why anyone would buy a regular sauna over this kind. I need money so we can have one :-)

Baby Come Out!

Soooooo I had my doctor’s appointment yesterday. He was surprised I’m still not having contractions, yet am still3cm dialated and very well effaced. He said he’d like to induce me Monday (5 days early) because of my high BP and Xavier’s size, position, etc. I agreed because of all that stuff, and my being sick of waiting. We’re all confident things will go smoothly, but I immediately started freaking out like, “omg it’s gonna hurt”

Time out: I’m watchin bringing home baby right now and this lady has baby in the basinet, on his side, with all these loose blankets and stuffed animals. Why am  so afraid/annoyed!

So yeah, I just watched a woman on TLC be induced for te same reasons as me and now I’m less freaked out. Hopefully things go just as smoothly for me, you and everyoneone we know (great movie btw).

I am sooooo bored. At least when he’s out I’ll have something to do and someone to talk to lol. AND Erik will be off work for a week and we’ll be keeping visitors away til after 5 days.

Okay I’m done ranting.
