Solsticy Goodness
June 20, 2008 by Avy.
So uh yeah. The Summer Solstice is tomorrow and I completely forgot. Not slipped my mind, but totally forgot. I have done no planning for this and it’s one of my favorite holidays! I feel so ashamed. Well no worries. I have all afternoon to celebrate. I have a nifty new cauldron, plenty of oils and smudgesticks. I can easily bake a small batch of cookies tomorrow… and get some fruit on my way home from work today. I’m pretty happy about it now that I remember what day it is. lolz fo shizzle.
Oh and I made Erik a doctor’s appointment for tomorrow morning. It was funny to feel so wifey like. I’m convinced it’s now my duty to make sure he goes to the doctor. After tomorrow’s appointment, I’ll be sure to get us in for cholesterol testing. It’s good to know these things. We’re gonna be healthier bears for sure.
