In other news, some of these old biznitched in my office are just plain stupid.

Lady A: Do you know how to forward a [voicemail] message?
Lady B: I dunno. Is it ‘7′?
Lady A: How would I know?!

Me: (internally) RTFM dumbass
Me: (audibly) The service tells you what to push at the end of the message.

[silence]
