Mental Overload

Sometimes I hate my brain because I’m constantly thinking about things I should not be thinking about. Mainly because what’s the point? I can only manage myself.. At least I get that much.
Work is blah today. I have a steady flow of things to do, but my mind is on other things. I hope it’s just pms depression. I’s frustrating. And annoying. So bah.
I also notice I want to do things I don’t feel like doing. I need motivation that’s not annoying. I don’t wanna party. I just need a nap.
