A Heartfelt Yay

So this weekend was really nice. I can only speak for myself when I say, “Yay.” I’m not sure what word others would use. But yeah, I had fun.

Erik and I stayed at the beachhouse with his parents this weekend (past) and it was good. His mom and I played a lot of Upwords & Scrabble; Tivial Pursuit (1980) was played by all. She won every game of UpScram because she’s a shark lol. I suck at trying to get more points. I stit there looking for weird words. I like Scrabble, but sometimes Upwords is more convenient. I need to take her on as my new scrabble coach. Skillz!

There was lots of good food happening. Yay for that. We went to this ice cream/ arcade place. It was good ice cream, but my caramel was too solid. Anyway, We all did some arcade things. I sepped on spiders (sorry!) for tickets. Shelly won a bunch on Wheel of Fortumne and donated to the Church of Avy. As did Erik and his dad. There was a team effort.

Adorable = his dad being amazed/shocked/competitively sparked by me making a left handed-basket, followed by a right. I’m pretty sure this means war.

With all the tickets, I opted to get 4 squirt guns. The grown grown-ups were having fun before Erik and I even woke up the next morning!

I think it was a good thing. There was lots of laughing, smiling, etc. That stuff is good to have.

Other stuff went down that was pretty nifty. It’s a must that we go more often like we used to. I think so at least. Bah.
